New Outlook on Life
BEFORE

I tipped the scales at almost 260 pounds. And it wasn’t that I was unhappy, it’s just that I didn’t know how much happier I could be. And then I downloaded an app called Lose It!

AFTER

I watched what I ate. I didn’t start with “exercise”, I started with activities I liked. My diet didn’t have a name, it was just eating better. It also didn’t happen overnight, it took almost 2.5 years to go from almost 260 pounds to 140 pounds.
